Hmmm now what to write ? LOL.
I haven't completed any sewing lately as bubby is still quite young ( 3 weeks old yesterday ) But I am hoping as he gets into a routine it will free up some "me time" and I can sew to my hearts content :) That is providing, of course, the other three munchkins cooperate as well.
I did start some baby sewing about 2 weeks before bub was due, some overall jumpsuity things with matching cardis and hats . However, I only got the first hat finished and one of the overalls nearly completed.
I still have to either put buttons and buttonholes on it or get out the good ol snaps and use those on the shoulder straps to finish it off. The hat though, I made in a newborn size, It's too big!!! It fits my 2 year old and swims on bubby! So I am going to have to revise that pattern I think and make some sizing changes.
It was my birthday yesterday and my Lovely MIL (and FIL ) gave me a years subscription to Ottobre magazine, So i get the 4 childrens mags over the course of the year plus 2 womens ones and a back Issue. I am so excited about it! What a great pressie :)
Well I guess I don't have anything more to write at this stage. I will post some piccies when I have the baby stuff finished, hopefully it will be done before he has grown out of it :P

i am huge ottobre fan. the patterns fit so much better and the designs are adorable. once you sew with them, you won't want to use an american pattern again.
