Second skirt for spring

( i don't like this one as much)Miss Imogen likes it however so thats all that matters. To me it just doesn't sit right. I think the pink fabric is just too stiff and I suppose it doesn't help that madam wears skirts under her belly despite my nagging to "pull your skirt up ." Plus I had a few drama's this time with gathering , but I won't go into that.
