I have been sewing YAY! But nothing to blog yet...

Instead here's what we've been up to.

I recently purchased a loom set from good old Spotlight and raided the bargain bin of wool.
I tried to make one of those snuggly baby cocoons but didn't have enough wool.
So I turned half of the finished product up inside itself and put it on my head LOL

Here is the finished product.

(I hate this photo with my ski jump nose lol)

Hubby decided that his head was too cold, so made himself a beanie.
Matches his eyes don't you think?
Next up we have some yummy scrummy lemon meringue pie, made with home grown lemons.
This was my ever attempt at his dish and I have to say, It was delicious! I used the recipe out of the Margaret Fulton Cookbook

Veggie delights..........
Home grown Zuchini

Home grown cabbage, very nearly ready to be picked.

I just love the richness of colour in it!
