A present soon to be sent...

This little bundle is for a very lovely expecting mumma. Of course I can't reveal all of the present until she has recieved it and as I still have two more little items to finish, I will post more photos next week. I will say though that it has been "twice as nice" and "double the fun" making this little present.

I also thought Iwould post some other little outfits I have made for friends babies .This one I particularly love. It is from a Vintage pattern (sz 6 mths i think) for boys and girls ( the outfits differ slightly for each).

It is made up of a lightweight soft denim with red velour through it and a navy cotton at the bottom to make it look like a two piece outfit. This isn't however a two piece outfit! It's an all-in-one with snaps to close the sides of the top and pants. If you undo all the snaps this outfit folds out into one whole piece. I wish I had taken a photo of the back of it now for you to see.

And here is the boy version I made for Spencer when he was 6 months old. Not a great photo of the outfit but you can see how the top part differs from the girl version.
